This was my first visit at this office. I was referred by a great friend of mine. Front office staff was very very pleasant and courteous. The dental assistant was also very courteous and accommodating. I had a consultation with Dr Falla he explained everything that I needed done and the plan to get it all done and paid through my insurance. All in all it was way better than I anticipated and I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m looking forward to my next visit. I am the biggest Dental coward you have ever met!😁

I’ve been to many dentists and I can say this is 100% the best. They’re SO caring and deal with my crazy dental anxiety. The dentist really knows what she’s doing and is so quick and efficient. I got a root canal and she did everything she could to help me stay calm. I’ve also gotten cleanings here and they are so easy. They also have Netflix to help you take your mind off things.

I have a terrible history with the dentist and have experienced a lot of dental anxiety in the past. Both the dentist and the dental hygienist approach their work with courtesy and integrity. I’ve always hated dental cleanings, but Takeela is so charming and kind that the cleaning seems to fly by! My mouth feels so clean and sparkly when I leave the office. The dentist took the time to answer lots of my questions and very kindly explained the things I needed to look out for without making me feel like an idiot who can’t take care of my teeth. Can’t recommend this dentist enough!

I had 3 teeth pulled. It was supposed to be 4. But they couldn’t do the 4th because of infection. So I have to go back in a week. Which I’m very unhappy about. However, this does not have anything to do with their professionalism one bit or their ability. They are terrific and have a very nice place. Very nice and professional! I really did appreciate everything they did. To no fault of theirs,but who wants to go back to the dentist!

“If you are looking for a good dentist in the area — look no further. I have to report that this is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. I saw Dr. Garcia today (because the usual Dr is on maternity leave) but she was fantastic and will be around for the next 14 weeks. The Dr not only checked my teeth but my jaw, neck, and clavicle for health concerns as well — a first for me. All covered by insurance. The hygienist I saw was Takeela and she did a phenomenal job. She was so kind and thorough and even “typed” my gum health for each individual tooth to personalize my cleaning. The products that they used also taste better than the ones I’m used to at the dentist. I honestly can say it was the best dental cleaning I’ve ever had. They also had the most aesthetically pleasing office I’ve been to and gave me an option to watch a tv show of my choice during my cleaning. All in all, 5 stars and 100% recommend. My husband and I are just visiting family here, but I definitely want to try to get an appointment here next time we visit.

I have been to a few different dentists. I was recommended to go to Bayport Dental Care, and so glad I did. The cleaning was relaxing, the dentist was pleasant and didn’t try to “sell” me any services. Other dentist offices would try to get pre-approval from my insurance for things I didn’t need. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and barely waited. I didn’t feel like they were overbooked and rushing to cram patients in. I will be going back in 6 months.

Bayport Dental changed my entire outlook on going to a dentist. Dr Mo is not only an excellent dentist his bedside manner is second to none. I avoided going to dentists for 5 years because of a few bad experiences. I needed a lot of work done when my family and I moved to Bayport 3 years ago, I am grateful and thankful to have found Bayport dental. I am often fearful of getting work done and somehow Dr Mo has made me feel comfortable to the point where I look forward to getting a tooth fixed, he talks me through everything and explains it in great detail. The entire office is a close knit group of people who genuinely care. Gabriella is the best office manager I’ve ever encountered in any doctors office, she is always pleasant and she was extremely helpful when I was searching for a dental plan for my wife and I. Shannon the dental assistant is excellent, and Leah the dental hygienist is outstanding! There is never a wait more than the time it takes for me to sit down. A+ dental office A+ people!
